Bath Half Marathon 2017

S&C Thermofluids Corporate Challenge

In 2017, S & C Thermofluids is celebrating its 30th year of business. Several events are planned throughout the year to celebrate this, and on Sunday 12th March a team of 13 staff members, family and friends took part in the Corporate Challenge of the Vitality Bath Half Marathon.

The weather was perfect for running and the team was spurred on by the thousands of supporters cheering along the length of the route. Martha Eustace raced ahead with an impressive chip time of 1:40 and despite illnesses and injuries occurring throughout training and race day, all the runners were pleased with their results - particularly the team members who had never tackled a half marathon before.

Each of the runners had chosen a charity to support and the response to the fundraising campaign has been fantastic. The team has raised a grand total of £5,625.78 through their online pages, cash donations and Gift Aid.
THANK YOU to everyone who has shown such generosity to these excellent causes.
